Cost Explorer Not Showing Data
The Cost Explorer may not show data due to several reasons:
Incorrect Date Range
Ensure that the selected date range in the Cost Explorer is correct.
- Select a date range that includes the costs you want to view.
- Check the filter settings in Cost Explorer to ensure that relevant information is not being excluded.
Tag is Invalid - StackName
Brender Studio uses the "StackName" tag to identify resources.
- Ensure that the resources have the "StackName" tag associated with them.
- If you do not see data in the Cost Explorer, it is possible that the resources do not have the "StackName" tag or the tag is incorrect.
- Activate cost allocation tags in the billing preferences in the AWS Management Console > Billing & Cost Management > Cost allocation tags.
- Activate the tag if it is not already activated. This will allow AWS to allocate costs to the resources based on the tag (Farm Stack).

24 hours Delay in Data Processing
There may be a delay in the data being processed by AWS. If you have recently made changes to your AWS resources, it may take some time for the data to be updated in the Cost Explorer. Wait for some time and check the Cost Explorer again.
